People Pro: Your Trusted HR Partner
The people infrastructure a small team needs — without the cost of a full-time hire.
Outsourced HR
Most small organizations, startups, or nonprofit leaders didn't start their organization to manage HR. But with no room in the budget for a full-time HR director, it lands on them anyway the offer letters, the hard conversations, the compliance questions nobody has time to research. The benefits, the handbook, and training.
And it's the one area where a small mistake gets expensive fast. The termination that wasn't documented. The rule nobody knew applied. The good employee who left because no one ever addressed the one who wasn't pulling their weight.
That's rarely a people problem. It's usually an infrastructure gap and it's fixable.
People Pro HR Services
We are the outsourced HR department for organizations that need real HR expertise without a full-time hire. Some need a few hours a month. Some need the whole function built from the ground up. It usually starts with one gap.
Fractional HR leadership - A senior HR partner sized to what your organization needs the steady hand for hiring, policy, employee relations, and the questions that keep landing back on your desk.
HR for new & growing organizations - Standing up your people function for the first time: the systems, documents, payroll and benefit offering, structure to hire and grow.
Handbooks, policy & compliance - A handbook that matches how you actually operate and holds up when it matters.
Leadership & team development - Working Genius, Hogan assessments, and executive coaching to show you where your people's energy naturally sits, and where it's quietly running dry.
Recruiting & organizational health support - Hands-on help when you're filling a key role, or an honest read on how your team is actually functioning.
Why People Pro HR
Patricia Bramer is the founder of People Pro HR, a Phoenix-based fractional HR firm. She serves as the outsourced HR department for teams that need senior-level people expertise without the cost of a full-time hire.
In over 25 years of HR work, Patricia kept seeing the same pattern. Organizations doing important work, while compliance, hiring, and the hard conversations quietly landed on leaders who were never meant to carry them. She founded People Pro HR to close that gap.
Today she partners with leaders on fractional HR leadership, building HR functions from the ground up, handbook and policy work, and leadership development. She holds an MBA and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) trained through iPEC, a certified Working Genius facilitator, and Hogan-certified, bringing deep HR experience and real executive-coaching skill to the teams she works with. She uses tools like the Six Types of Working Genius and Hogan assessments to help teams put the right people on the right work, and to see where their energy is quietly draining.
Her approach is practical and human: start with the gap that's costing the most, fix it well, and build from there.
Outside of work, Patricia is an avid hiker and Pilates devotee, devoted to her family, and a die-hard sports fan; you'll find her at every Arizona Diamondbacks home game.
Working Genius
Find out where your team's energy lives and where it's quietly draining.
A lot of what looks like a performance problem is really a placement problem. You've got someone brilliant at spotting what needs to change, stuck doing the follow-through that drains them by Thursday. That's not a character flaw. It's a gap between their natural energy and their actual job.
The Six Types of Working Genius names that gap in about ten minutes. It maps the work that gives each person energy, the work they can do but that wears them down, and the work that drains them fast. Once a team can see it, a lot of the friction explains itself the meetings that stall, the projects that never finish, the people who burn out doing work that was never theirs to carry.
I use it to help teams:
- Put the right people on the right work, without adding headcount.
- Understand why certain projects keep stalling — and which kind of work is missing.
- Cut the burnout that comes from people working against their grain.
- Have honest, judgment-free conversations about who should own what.
It's also the easiest place to start. A single team session gives you an immediate, practical read on your people and a shared language you'll keep using long after the workshop ends.
